No, not the Cookie I currently have a (not so) secret crush on from E4's fabulous Skins, but a delicious stack prepared by the lovely Ivy.
A Hummingbird recipe, which she chose, read and followed. and they were rather yum! Yesterday with a cup of tea after doing the ironing. Last night one shared with the husband while we watched Lost and this morning with coffee, four dogs, two children and three lovely ladies on a very chilly Essex beach.
