How pretty are these little babies. Cherries have been so ridiculously priced of late, that I haven't even considered buying any, but finally they are a bit more affordable. I bought these yesterday, and they were gone by teatime. I have just bought another bag from my lovely greengrocer, and munched half of them whilst waiting for the babies to come out of school. Have to make the most of these goodies while they are under a pound a bag!
I'm waiting with baited breath for the PYO cherry farm near us to open. I think they just may be my favourite fruit.

I found you at mama soule and so glad I did! I am loving your projects and synchronicity abound...I have an Ivy, too. Just 11 weeks old, mine. AND, we love cherries and have just gone to pick some. I believe we paid 3.99$ at the farm, but we did pick them ourselves!
Pleased to meet your acquaintance :), pixie

How lucky am I? Next door's cherry tree hangs over into our garden.... Not ripe yet, but when they do.....Aren't they ever expensive to buy in the shops? Thanks for the comment on my blog re the "birds" post. I would love a necklace with a swallow, lovely. x
